The US Supreme Court has legalized the same sex marriage to
all the 50 states in America. All the 3rd
sex advocates have rejoiced in this decision, because after all this is one of
their advocacies that they be given legal recognition about their feelings.
Feelings I said because being in the third sex, male who
thought they are females and vice versa are just feelings. These are not real. It is like a man thinking that he is an animal
and he wants to be recognized as such, he would fight for his rights to be
recognized as an animal, and he would go to the Supreme Court to be given the
right to act and live like an animal. We might see one day that someone would go to the Supreme Court to marry his dog or cat or what have you?
The US decision to allow same sex marriage is not acceptable
to those who think that the source of many laws in the land is the bible. Anyone can contest that the bible has a
significant role in promulgating the laws of America and the many laws that are
accepted all over the world. The concept
of marriage was first instituted in the bible, thus being instituted in many of
the nation we know today. The bible is
clear that marriage is about male and female, and it was established for them
to procreate. This very essence has been
violated in the same sex marriage doctrine, because firstly, those in the same
sex do not procreate.
If you say this time that it is alright because it is for
love that they are united, then it is best that they coin a different term for
their marriage. They get together
legally in a different manner. What they
should have is legal union similar to that of the partnership or corporation
which legally binding under the law but not under any religious outfit. They cannot invoke a religiosity in this same
sex marriage because marriage in religion as first instituted in the bible
never had this concept.
